This is what we're supposed to do if we receive a telephonic bomb threat.
- Use Form 5580/8.
- Ask and record the answers to the following questions:
- When is the bomb to go off?
- Where is the bomb to go off?
- What kind of bomb is it?
- What does the bomb look like?
- Where are you calling from.
Seriously.

They forgot, "Who am I speaking to?" I'd put it at the end, though, because they might hang up. :D
This is just typical of the sort of rubbish you find in Health and Safety policies.
I'm amazed you don't have to offer him a list of alternative sites for his/her bomb followed by telling him a web address where he can provide feedback on how his bomb warning was handled today with a chance to enter a free draw to win a car.
