I just Googled Ischia - very nice and with quite a large population of 60,000 people. Lisa is very keen to see interior photos but I guess right now it's a bit of a building site?
The inspection by the Housing Office is set for 30 JUN. We can move in immediately after the house passes inspection.
I measured rooms today, but didn't take any interior photos because they're still installing plumbing, HVAC and electrical fixtures and equipment. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are not installed. All the floors are covered with a heavy paper, the interior is not painted, and there's plaster dust everywhere.
It looks v. promising.
