A visiting Brit?

. . . Or a drunk? Or both?

Your guess is as good as mine. Regardless, there was a citation on the windshield.

Okaaaaaayyy... Explain this to me. Is a citation bad or good? In the military - the British one - a citation is good. So why would the car (the black one?) have a citation (good or bad)?

A citation in the American military is good also. However, one of our one of our terms for a traffic ticket (or violation) is a citation.

I'm guessing this guy came down the street late at night and thought it was one-way.

The fine for this one is $25.00

Hmmm. I had to look at this a long time to see what was wrong.

In the UK you can park on either side of the road, as long as it's parallel to the kerb and not on "double yellow lines" or a restricted zone. The average English road has cars parked both sides facing in both directions in a fairly random mixture!

I too would have got a citation/ticket/fine (which similarly is the opposite of "fine" if you get one).
