Isn't there an option like "automatically pair with known devices"?
My phone has automatic pairing - the first time it will ask if I want to pair, after that it just does it when the 'known device' is in range.
Problem solved. There is a command buried about 4 layers deep in an obscure menu that eliminates the annoying question. Nowhere is it mentioned in the manual.
I still cut the dolts at Samsung no slack.
